Field staff lead local ministry efforts by serving coaches and athletes across campuses and communities. Their work involves direct ministry both to and through coaches, as well as outreach to athletes and volunteers.

These dedicated administrative professionals support field staff by coordinating ministry events and activities. They handle key clerical and organizational tasks that help drive local ministry efforts.

Support Center staff play a vital role in advancing FCA’s mission by assisting both field staff and the broader ministry. Their work spans areas such as ministry development, technology, communications, international support, finance, human resources, training, and talent development.

International field staff serve in leadership roles to reach coaches and athletes around the world. They are focused on engaging, equipping, and empowering individuals to become disciples who impact all nations.

FCA offers semester- and summer-long internships for college students interested in field ministry. These roles provide spiritual growth, leadership training, and hands-on experience through service at FCA camps, on campuses, in communities, and internationally.

Volunteers contribute in a variety of ways to help fulfill FCA’s mission. Roles include Volunteer Team Members and Volunteer Ministry Leaders. Those in leadership roles are required to complete an application and undergo a background check as part of the approval process.

Associates support FCA staff by assisting with camp programs, campus ministry, and administrative tasks. This is a part-time, temporary position lasting up to one year.

Ambassadors serve in a limited, part-time capacity within a specific local area. Their role is to engage, equip, and empower coaches, athletes, and volunteers to live out FCA’s mission in their community.
